Bachelor party ideas...tough situation

Here's the deal:

My twin brother is getting married later this year and, being the best man, I am in charge of any bachelor activities...the kicker is there are not many friends in the picture...literally, I can think of maybe two before relatives are thrown into the picture to fill the guest list...I've decided a "party" is out of the question due to lack of people to invite...now what?....I was thinking maybe a trip to Montreal for a game and then the nudie bars or some sort of really nice golf outing, or atlantic city, or ????? I'm really at a loss....any help would be great, thanks

for some reason people think you need to really tie one on and have the strippers or a strip club i had 2 parties the tie one on and strip club which i could do anytime i wanted and did, felt poor after it was all said and done the next day very poor least it was 5 days away from wedding and the 2nd party by my best man and a few close friends was a golf outting and dinner had much more fun with that one, forget the ac deal if some one loses cash it does not make for a great party if it is the groom or you because you are already spending money to do something. why go somewhere that you risk losing cash and not having a great time if you do IMO. Me i like the idea of golf and a dinner or the going to a game and a dinner, I think you brother would really enjoy that more then getting tanked and spending money one a strip club or going to ac or vegas and wasting money big waste of cash, The game and golf would be remembered much more then a hang over from watered down booze from a strip club and and the money spent on dances or on money lost more then not by going to vegas or ac and when you are gambling you don't have the same type of social interaction as you would at a round of golf or a game and a nice dinner at a good place that is not over priced. your brother will more then not enjoy that much better , if you are going to spend money do something where you have fun interacting which you get from a game or golf the other stuff gambling and strippers at a club you just don't have the same type of fun and bonding as out on the corse or at some type of game if he likes sports, biggest mistake in the world is the over priced get aways to vegas or ac hell if they want to do that they can go as husband and wife when they are married, take in a game or round of golf and dinner at a place that has good food but not the black tie type setting wher the food is more over priced then it is worth.

I'm flattered that Beantown gave his two cents....I crack up every time I read his posts...

fletch- I actually agree totally with what you said, golf is the best option for me, I'm just not sure what my bro is expecting....at my bachelor party a year or so ago, he rented out a local bar and had two strippers come by...Everyone had a good time, and the strippers were nice, but it felt kind of sleazy...don't get me wrong, I like the naked ladies, but the whole stripper/strip club scene is not my thing...oh well...might try one of the golf course out toward cooperstwon or maybe go to Saratoga National...If we golf, I at least want to take him somewhere he would not normally go because of the price tag (unlike most of you, golf up this way is actually pretty cheap, anything over $40 is expensive!!)....keep the ideas coming
