help me out with this. First, I didn't bet this Texas/Tech game. But why does a team when leading by three with seconds remaining not foul? Somebody give a good explanation please. I played all the way through college on full scholarship and have never seen anyone foul. Why? I don't know, maybe they will win and this might not be worthy of anything in terms of a conversation.
