Ar, thanks for missing me. my job changed and I cannot access this site like before.
I do remember hearing of trucks heading into Syria from Iraq just before the war began. At time I would have thought that we would have had very heavy survailence (sp) going on. It also puzzeled me why we didn't go in and take out Syria while we were at it.
As for a member of Al-Qeada being in Iraq, if we were to use that as a reason to strike there wouldn't be a single country standing in the Mid East. Including our "friends."

StevieD they never proved Al-Qeada was in Iraq. You can be sure they are now. They never had to worry about Iraq attacking the USA. Some get worried over so much chit there fed I cant believe it. Iraq had no way to attacks us.
DTB NKorea it will end as it always does same deal from Bush as N Korea had before. Unless you really think Bush will Nuke them. Yes he's playing tough guy came right now. But he's not about to sell a fight with N Korea right now. He's still covering his butt everyday because of Iraq. Dam when you even have O'Rilley questioning Iraq that should say something.
If the same info we had on Iraq covers trucks headed for Syria. Well that makes that info about 50/50. I guess we could start a war with Syria on 50/50 info we did with Iraq. In fact starting to look like info on Iraq was at best 30/70.

DJV You can make book on one thing. Despite up coming talks with N Korea you can bet your bottom dollar NOTHING will be resolved until after November. They are in economic turmoil like never before but will continue to make threats ect with possibilty of Bush going out in November and possibilty of getting another Clinton and Madeline Albright.
