i'm looking at my checking account online and it shows almost $200 being taken out yesterday from "MILLENNIUM AUTOM/NSF COLLEC". when i did a google search for that, a couple of links mentioned Internet Commerce taxes that are taken out because of some bill that was passed a while back.

i've had (2) $1000 checks sent to me from Belize. I take it I'm getting taxed about 10% here? anyone know more about this?

Doesnt sounds like taxes at all, I have never heard of that. NSF is bankspeak for Non-Sufficient Funds. Do you use Millenium Sportsbook? Sounds like they were taking some back from you for an NSF on a deposit or withdrawal? Maybe they sent you too much? Dunno but thats what it looks like to me. Not taxes.

I use carib and I owe nothing to them.

the only thing i can think of now is a small check i wrote on a gambling boat less than a year ago but i had enough money in there to cover that. unless of course they're collecting interest on it.

thanks ace.

Call your bank, they should easily be able to track it. Having worked in banking for five years, I know people are very worried that people can suddenly just start withdrawing money from your account. The fact is that you have to have two very important pieces of information for an NSF collection like this, thats your routing and account number.

Your bank should easily be able to track where the money went and who requested it.
