Remember how everyone went wow in the 91 war. The Patriot was knocking skuds out of the air like popcorn. Now the report is out 13 years later how we were all BS'd. Truth is they hit 4 maybe 5 out of 41 attempts. Now we find out in our little war in Iraq they like to shoot down our own planes. Three so far killing all pilots. Sad thing is everyone was told by the Manufacture and Army problems were all fixed. There not sure but they believe 3 maybe 4 of our planes were shot down in the 91 war also. So they new of the problem and had 12 years to fix it. The radar on the dam thing seems to not know the differance between friend and foe. And the real sad news. The lie to keep useing them. Next the 18 billion dollars to develope them. This system should have been on stand down till more then 90% accurate. And sure as hell till it new differant from enemy and friendly. I always hoped our pentagon would never use weapons that they new can harm our own. Guess I asked for to much.
Next Problem. Our new missile system that Bush is pushing to knock down incoming missiles headed our way. By the way 55 years of cold war and none were ever shot at us. To help save some cost they are useing some of the same systems in it. Were over 42 billion in that project and it still has long way to go. By the sound of this report it might be years. Maybe they should try and just get one to work.
And maybe once they should tell the truth.
