Nole, got racked today. Knocked myself out in the first game with a 152. Can't win in the first of four games, but certainly can put yourself at a disadvantage. The shot was such a fine line. Would strike 3 or 4 times in a row and then splits galore. No consistency whatsoever. I shoot down and in right where the loaded up the oil. Stupid me should of just threw a direct line. Hard headed. I needed to get to 797, but finished with 732. Oh well. Hope you faired better.

Hey jr11. I bowled well. Came in 6th out of about 40. Averaged 212 for the 6 games. Made back my money winning 4 brackets and 4 second place finishes in the other brackets. Really disgusted though. My last game(6th) I opended with a spare and then through the next 8 so I've got 290 working. Get up there in the 10th and throw what I though wa a perfect shot but the ball dove at the last second and I left the 4-9. I was sick, I knew I had to pick it up to finish 5th or maybe even 4th. Missed it, not even getting 1 pin. I miss 5th by 3 pins, 4th by 7 pins and miss winning the high game pot. I added it up, that shot cost me about $190.00!

Opening with a low game on the pro shot is tough to come back from. Get 'em next time. Experience on that shot is necessary.

I had a great finish to the day last night. As far as today goes, I had Duke early but had Minny in the pros. I've already played W.F. for tonight. We'll see what happens.

Your Washington looks good.

Nole, good day at the lanes I see. Rooting Wake in for you and good night for you last night. Yea, that sport shot or pro shot is crazy. Second time on it and second time it kicked my ass. Didn't help that my boss was paging me urgently. My mind was screwed up before I started. Turns by the time I got ahold of him it was nothing more than him taking on a different territory and I will get a new manager. Started going south and stayed there. Need a ball that eats oil for those conditions. Recommend any or what are you using? Anyways, hope it doesn't screw me for this upcoming Thursday as we are in the quarter championship spotting 90 pins on the worst pair of lanes in the house and synthetic too. Might go practice tomorrow to get the bad day out of my head.

Boy jr11, I tell ya, after being out of the biz since 1996, I haven't really kept an eye out for what bowling balls are the best right now. I know it seemed a new ball was coming out every other week back then. I bet it's the same now. I've always leaned towards Columbia equipment. I have a Scout Reactive and a Columbia Reaction. Those 2 are probably out-dated. Sorry, I can't help you out in that dept.

Wipe that "bad pair" out of your head. They gotta bowl on it too.

Next tournament, conveiniently forget your pager. :D

Go Wake!
