Pitt -7 over G'Town ******** strong play
In almost every catogory Pitt is way above the Hoyas.Off,Def,FG%,Reb,etc,etc.Hoyas are better FT's shooters but the whole country shoots better then Pitt from the FT line.But even G'Town is pretty bad at 67% to Pitts 63.
G'town has been nobody but Miami.Even lost to the Johnnies last week with 4 scholarship players.
Pitt is loaded at the gds with Page,Krauser,Brown and inside with Trouts,Taft,Morris and co.Riley is there only player who could make the Hoyas team.
They shoot almost at almost a FG% 50.Hoyas are turnover prone.Can't keep the "rock" on the court.I think they had 23 TO's vs the Johnnies.
Lyr Pitt won in DC 82-67.Don't think G'town can score 67 pts again.There outside shooting has been terrible their past 5 or 6 games.No post offense,no threat from the outside.They do have greyhounds all 6'6 or 6'7.But Pitt has greyhounds,cheetahs,Grizzlies and of course Panthers.No home court advantage.At the Cuse game last week there were more Cuse fans then Hoyas fans.If you closed your eyes you thought you were in Queens.

Seton Hall -3 over Miami ******
If Hall loses this their NCAA birth is gone.Just like lyr.They faded in the end.Hall needs this win on the road big time.Miami RPI is 149th.Kiss the NCAA's goodbye unless you win the BE Tourney,and you ain't doing that.
Hall is 5-5 on the road and the canes are 1-5 at home.
Canes have that 3 gd attack and are weak inside the paint.Rice is due back tonite but he is so hot and cold.
Barrett tonite will attack the Maimi defense and with Sweet,Allen,Toney-el and co the canes don't have the defense to stop them.But Whitney in the middle should be feed all nite.
Maimi has lost 9 in a row.Did not play Rice in their last 2 games but he's not 100% anyway.And if Rice was 100% they still lose.Diaz and Hite are solid gds.But thats not enough vs Barrett and co.Hall won both games lyr by 15 and 23.And hall has a better team this yr.Canes lost at home to Cuse,BC,G'town,Nova.They beat Rutgers almost a month ago.That was their last win.
Orr has his kids ready tonite.It's the NIT's if he doesn't.Barrett will dazzle and give the hall a nice comfortable win
Prov pk Notre Dame ***
ND upset Conn at home.Just played the Cuses 2-3 defense that Prov will use.Quinn and Thomas are ready.But Prov is a better defensive team and has more weapons then just GMAC and Warrick of Cuse.
prov has good gd play.Gomes is a big time stud.Douthitt creates adjusted shots inside.I see ND having matchup problems on defense.Prov can shoot,rebound,hit the 3.They have not fared well vs ND. but Donnie is solid at gd.Kabba can lite it up.And Gomes could foul out the entire ND frontline.Or he might just stay outside and shoot "J"s.
SIU -6 over Creighton ***
SIU at home.Plays defense,can shoot,etc.Cre on the rd has played terrible losing to Kent by 15,Wichita 15,and losing to Drake by 5.C'mon,losing to drake by 5 should send you a message.They did play Kent tough but then faded.SIU has balanced scoring with brooks and co.Blue Jays in trouble.Bj's won by 1 at home 2 weeks ago.Don't think this one is close.
Rider +2.5 over Iona *
Iona sucks.Best 2 players are gone.Rider is 9-6 in MAAC to Iona's 5-10.Rider has JJ and beat Iona 87-67.JJ and 7'0 Castleburry could cause problems for Iona defense because they play NONE.Iona on offense is loaded.Has good gds,Bruin and Jenkins inside playing well.But Ruland can't coach.It's street ball.But sometimes "street ball "is dangerous.And Iona does have the talent.Small play for the Broncos.
Ok St -1.5 over Mizzou ***
I don't care how great Mizzou plays at home.Paulding.Johnson,etc,etc.Ok St has won on the road to OU,ISU,T-AM,Texas and K-St by 13,21,12,5 and 1.Their FG% is almost 50%.Allen and Lucas at gd.Lucas alone will negate home crowd.Suttons gds do it all.Score,rebound,shoot,play great defense.Thier frontline with McFarlin...stop.Thats enough.Cowboys win another on the road.
