I rarely bet pucks, but I am a long-time Rangers fan. After 7 seasons of futility and today's team dump I am doen with them. Ironically, my brother is a longtime Caps fan and he called me tonight to tell me he is done with them too.

So, its either quit hockey or get a new team. I dont want a front runner but need a team with a snowball's chance of at least making the playoffs. Tell me who we should go with and why.

PS Flyers, Avs, Stars, and Devils are ineligible - no way I could stomach any of those.

Okay Sun, something we finally agree on. Also a life-long Rangers fan, the dealing of Leetch has done it for me with this organization. They really ran this team into the ground. Makes me want to puke.

Stick with your team. A true fan lives and dies with their team. Trust me when I tell you I understand your frustration, being a lifelong Dodger fan. We haven't won a playoff game going on some 16 years now. I can't jump ship. Who knows, maybe it's just me. If you're gonna find a new team to root for just because you want some victorys then I'd root for DET, OTT, or PHILLY I guess. Seems kinda weak to me though. :shrug:

It isnt for victories - if it was I would take the chalk. Of course always a fan of the coin, but I pretty much dont bet pucks so.....

As for the Devils ...... they are appropriately named. Not a thing I have ever liked about them. LOL
