Anybody know if Kris Humphries is out today for minny?

Can't seem to get an answer on this.

Hoping someone from minny can catch some local news on this and let me know.


Minny has not beaten anybody in the big ten this year by more than 3 pts. They should not be giving 10.5 pts to anybody, I don't care if it is penn state. But if humphries is out would make for a much bigger play.

Just talked to one of my boys in the twin cities, and he said the Pioneer Press said he's been practicing and is expected to start barring any unforeseen setback. Hope that helps.

Gophers update: Freshman Kris Humphries (strained right ankle tendon) has made it through practice the past three days and, barring a setback, should be in the lineup... . One of the people to take the floor when Michael Bauer is honored in his final home game will be his brother, Jesse, who is recovering from serious injuries suffered in a snowmobile accident on Feb. 1... . If the Gophers win, they will share the basement in the conference standings with Penn State and be the 10th seed at the Big Ten Tournament on Thursday. If they lose, they will be the 11th seed. Minnesota hasn't finished alone in last place since 1929.

Nittany Lions update: Penn State is on a nine-game losing streak and has lost 23 consecutive Big Ten road games.... The Nittany Lions began league play with victories over Minnesota and Ohio State. Since that point, they have won just once, 63-61 against Northwestern on Jan. 28.... There have been reports that junior center Jan Jagla, from Berlin, will forgo his senior season and play professionally in Europe.

Next: The Big Ten Conference tournament Thursday. If the Gophers are the 10th seed they will play at 1:30 p.m.; if they are the 11th seed, they will play at 4:05 p.m.

Good luck, Count. I think you are right. Minny should not be giving DD points to anybody. Guards are not very good, and the team lacks speed and quickness, a bad combination for a college team.
