Ok have to rectify my late picks from last nite, they were just horrible and apologize, but if u only bet the early ones u made money. Ok enuff said about that.

Today one game:

Illinois @ Ohio State

This game has the same kind of feeling that Wisky @ Indiana had yesterday. Very powerful team going against a very weak team, or say very mediocre big ten school. Not knocking Ohio State or anything, but they are in my book even w/Indiana, Penn State and Minny.

Illinois is a team on a mission right now. They have won their last 8 games!! :eek: :eek:

Ok onto the plays:

YES u heard me right 7 times. Ohio State always starts out slow, they have only been up at half against Penn State and Minny at home. They have been down 1st half at home to IU by 4, Wisky by 10, Mich State by 18;) and even Iowa by 8. This is a very SOLID PLAY!!!

ILLINOIS -8 3x :)
I may add to this at half, just don't want to lay more til I see half the game w/that many points.

im as anti-buckeye as youll find, but theres too much at stake for them tomorrow (postseason) for them not to be worth a look. plus, illinois has been flat out terrible down there in columbus, losing the L3 straight up and failing to cover L4 there. we'll see.

Trust me gman.....the Buckeyes could care less about making the NIT. They are pretty much locked into a first round game againt (Indiana?) in the first round of the Big 10 tourney, and they know they are horrible.

Senior Day will mean nothing to these guys....and especially the pitiful crowds Ohio State gets. One of the more overhyped home court advantages in the country is right here in Columbus.....LOL You could literally take a nap in the middle of the game, or anytime of the game for that matter.

I am not one for giving points, especially 8 of em, but I have got to say that 4 points in 20 minutes looks pretty strong.

If there are 100 Illinois fans in the house today, they can probably drown out the other 8000 Ohio State fans in the house.

I think the Ohio State fan crowd is broken down like this.... Of the 8000...

5500 are old businessmen/women that supported the arena and talk about B.S. all game long and couldnt tell you the score at any point

1000 goofoffs that have never been to a game that got tickets from one of the businessmen/women, and are there to see the arena for the first time.

500 students that make noise.....but the noise is asking when the first football game against Cincinnati is.

1000 Actual fans that are more negative than positive.....they groan when the Buckeye miss one of their 20 free throws and sarcastically cheer when they actually make one.

So there you have it.....I will probably pull the trigger on this one just because c'guy is on it.
