you may be right, i may be setting lines based on what I THINK they should be instead of what would appeal to the public. i definitely stand behind my syracuse line. i dont know about vandy. maybe im dead wrong. but i think byu will be a short dog in the 3 to 4 (tops) range. byu is a solid team

Gotcha - I just based Syracuse on my father, he pays really no attention to it all year, except for the tournament (which I feel is the case for a lot). He saw that the reigning champs were playing BYU and blindly said he thinks they will smoke the Cougars. I have a feeling at this time of year there are a few games that get skewed because of all the dumb money that comes in this week every year.

Don't know if Syracuse would be one but I wouldn't be suprised if that line moves. Hope it does, will only help us.

got the arizona/seton, carolina/airforce, wmichigan/vandy lines pretty much dead on.

really surprised (although not complaining, as ill take all the pts they wanna give me) with the etsu/cincinnati line. was way off on my projection

To make a long story short - I was playing poker with some buddies against a few older guys that were tanked. Anyway the guy was loud and annoying so I started to come back at him with comments - and then when I check raised him on a pot when I won he pointed at me and said this "Steve Blackman is outside and he's going to kick your ass. It's time to put your money where your mouth is."

I blankly stared at the guy for a while according to my friends. I still to this day don't really know what he was talking about. Anyway for a while my nickname is kiddingly "Blackman" amongst my close friends. Hence the misleading screename.
