got screwed in that game!! The timekeeper lets the clock run and that allows St. Louis to huddle up and design a play.....they had no to's left.....then on top of it all, the guy charges on the pass to the corner for the 3 and they don't call it....feel bad for Iowa....they led the whole way only to lose it like that.

the clock operator doesn't play defense though.

Horner or whoever it was turning the ball over when they were up 2 also bit them in the ass. they had that game.

I agree, the turnover hurt which allowed Louis to tie the game....but Iowa went down and retook the lead on pierce's shot with 5 seconds left. The difference between having to just throw the ball in and go with it in the heat of the moment as opposed to being able to huddle up, design a play, relax a little and regain your composure is extremely huge and unfairly helpful in Louis's favor.....just hate to see a road team who played their a$$e$ off lose a game in that fashion.

That was the good lord euthanizing a very sick, sad, disstorted, dilluted, disorganized, and disenchanted basketball organization.

The other good thing to come of this is now I don't ever have to watch Glen Worley play a basketball game again in my life (Its been an UGLY 4 years Glen) :nono:

Certainly don't agree with the ending, however, it wasn't the refs or scorekeeper that gave up a 16 point lead

Oh and by the way is it FOOTBALL season yet?

I'm not arguing any of the points about the lead they lost.....or the defense they should've played at the end....all I'm saying is that Iowa took the lead back with 5 seconds left....St. Louis had no timeouts left and looked lost as hell trying to inbound the pass before the zebras noticed the clock was still running....that helped one team a ton more than the other.....and it wasn't Iowa!! A BS way to lose the game, period!!!
