I just wanted to let you know that I have changed my opinion about fighting in hockey. I attended a 2 day seminar this past week; it was enlightening and very informative.

"If we replaced all the goons with skilled hockey players, wouldn't this be a better game??" (one of the comments mentioned)



I was stubborn at first when the topic was discussed in the hockey forum, but my stance on this matter has changed.

Good for you!

I truly enjoy the game played on the Olympic level. I still contend that over the past two decades, NHL has become a game of dumping the puck across the blue line, and chasing it. There are a ton of skilled players, no doubt........they just need to get the game back to being about skating and puck handling.
