WTF is up with their site????
Going on 2 days now without access...are they in trouble? Does anybody know anything?

I use them too and I was wondering the same thing. Last time I had access was yesterday about Noon. Could not get on last night or today so far. WTF???

Tried using link at top of forum, and site was down for almost a day for me. Called customer service, and they gave me the alternate site address.
Wouldn't it maybe be a good idea if Jack or someone could list alternate addresses for books that are sponsors, or at least telephone numbers, so we don't have to do this every time a site is down. I know I should have the number, but if I am on the road travelling or something, then it would be nice if they were listed somewhere.
