I had the White Sox and Houston Astros. Sox winning 7-3 in the 9th, they lose 9-7. Astros winning 4-1 in the top of the 8th, they lose 5-4 . I know it's a long season and that's gambling but what a depressing way to start off the season. Is this a sign of things to come? I'm in shock! :142crying

I felt your pain ... had the White Sox and Indians ... just as bad.

Had the Astros in a parlay but that was already dead before the Stros blew it.

Many closers and bullpens are terrible and this early in the year, pens are heavily used so that must be taken into consideration.

For that reason, I will not play big favs unless I have them parlayed or on the run line simply cause I cannot lay that much juice this early in the season ... not that I ever prefer to lay that kind of juice.

Remember, things tend to even out in the long ... although it never seems like it.

Good Luck!

I feel your pain as well, I had the sox, the under in the SF/Hou game of 9, was a push but was counting on a win, and I had the Indians for the trifecta, all three comebacks I was on the wrong side. Good thing it's a long season.

I had a very good start to the day taking the Cubs -1.5, Sox over 9.5, SD ML, Brewers ML, all winners. Then I also had Cleveland ML and SF under 9 which both looked very good and lost. The biggest kick in the ass was my three way parlay with SD ML, Brewers ML and Cleveland +1.5, the payout was enormous and I thought I had it for sure with the big Cleveland lead then when it went into extra innings I knew I still had it as long as the tribe didnt give up a homerun with runners on, but that of course had to happen. If the tribe could have held on I would have had a record day, but instead I just pulled a good profit. I have no right to complain but since this thread is to do just that, I will.

Good luck to all.
