Well fellas, I'm home from work one last day so I'm going to enjoy my last few Percosets. Unfortunately I am firewalled at work and cannot post in day, unless I sneak home for lunch, which I'm known to do....

Record 5-2
+2.80 units

Win %- 71%

Will have a Marlins/Expos play as soon as lineups are posted. Leaning on the under so far with Livan slaughtering righties and Beckitt picking up where he left off vs the Expos last year. I would also lean Expos if I knew for sure Livan was going 9. I don't trust the Marlin Magic nor Rocky Biddle in the 9th. Benitez has his most career saves vs the Expos (16). Not too worried about him today.

The Astros don't have me sold. I think Pettitte will pitch well, but I fear Bonds can work his magic vs Dotel in the late innings..certainly would never lay 1.5 vs Barry anc Co...

nice day yesterday! My only 2 leans for today are Montreal and the under. Livan was excellent in the spring and has great #'s vs Fla..just like Beckett vs Mon. Both teams should be weaker offensively this year. But both bullpens (especially Montreals) have me leary of an under play. Gl if you play either.

First Play will be:

Fla/Montreal o 8 -105 L (overthought this one..Benitez almost got me home though)

1.05 units to win 1 unit

Record 5-3
+1.75 units
Win %- 63%

Feel as though both pitchers may struggle with command and that the unknowns, Everett, Batista, Choi might go deep in the game. Wilkerson has good numbers vs Beckett and both pitchers struggled early last season. The more and more I look at this game I see Tribe/Twins and Giants/Stros all over again...close game then BANG... 3 Run HR and under buster...Good luck

Only Oriole with good numbers vs Schilling is Cal Ripken Jr. Dubose is an annoying lefty with wicked off speed stuff. Tough under to take in a hitters park..

Just took a look at some match-up numbers and seems like everyone but Ichiro and Edgar have struggled with Bartolo and only Garrett Anderson seems to hit Moyer...Vlad the X factor of course...maybe that o/u on 8 is not crazy after all...both teams have good pens...I'm leaning Mariners straight-up for the win. Also like Moyers numbers at home and vs Ana last year. 12-2 and 4-2 with a 1.67.

Mr. Randy was a top $ loser last year for mostly all of us. Until we smartened up and faded him. This is the perfect team for him to face to get a sense of confidence back at home. Not much right handed thump in this Rockie lineup. Wilson may go deep but he'll sprinkle in 3 k's as well. Not in love with this Dback lineup either..especially at 1 and 2 vs a lefty. Estes has been weak his whole career vs Arizona and the fact he's starting opening day is scary. I really think that Dbacks middle of the order does damage today...Big Sexy, Cintron, Shea and Bautista. Hate laying wood first game of year but sometimes you have to take what's given.

Now that my Randy Johnson experiment is over for the year, let's get back to business. A minor set-back earlier boys. Luckily the Tigers got most of it back for me.

CapMan, forget about trying to hit 65%. Instead, concentrate on making money. That's what matters in the end. Good luck! ;)

Yea just worry about units won/lost brotha, win % doesnt mean jack $hit in baseball, what good is 65% if you took -300 teams every game, likewise, 50% winners at +150 is damn good, so just worry about the units man I think it's easier that way, Let's go get em tomorrow, good luck
