but i like tigers here.........tigers for a sweep on the road, i must be out of my mind.....dimiti young is out, and i hear they may rest r.white becasue of turf....i still think with bluejays never seeing bonderman they have an advantage over the jays.....det's bullpen as well as everyone on the team is stepping up this yr, they are getting the runs in where last yr they would strand them.....blue jays look fricken dead, seems like they just go out there and go though some old routine with no life or jump in their step.

i know its det and to sweep is almost impossible, but i always backed bonderman last yr and lost my ass, maybe this yr the guy can win some games????

OR i could still be in shock from my dumb lady vols bet last night????? who knows :shrug:

I'm on them too. I like the young hurler Bonderman and the Tigers lineup may be as good as the Jays ... that's right ... I said it. I am not sure why people like the Jays lineup so much. Only 3 players in their lineup were even drafted in my fantasy league (Delgado, Wells, Hinske). I think Phelps is a decent hitter but that lineup is NOT that good.

I thought I would get the Tigers +180 today but I'll still take +160.

don't see anything foolish about backing the Tigers today. They have their future ace going who has great stuff, they are hitting the ball very well and Toronto is not. Hentgen may have great #'s vs DET but so did Halladay. I can also see Hentgen regressing a bit this year. Strong lean for me also. I rarely concern myself w/ anti-sweep games for the team that is favored. Cost me too many would be wins in the past just because I was worried a fav didn't want to get swept.
