no quota on the swim team though, right? ;) Do you still shave your body, lol? J/K, that's very impressive being a first team all American!

No Cal
Nothing big time here. Played ss for the smallest (enrollment 1,100) Division I school in the nation. Centenary College of Louisiana, The Gents. Nice nickname huh. famous alums chief Robert Parrish and Hal Sutton.

No speed, no power, below avg hitter, good fielder = not a pro prospect at all.

Thankfully my shave down days are over!! Trust me, I curse my parents every day for having me in swimming instead of hockey/baseball etc. They picked one of the few sports where I can make exactly jack shit :D

Saint -- I know of Brendan, don't really know him well. I didn't go to Montclair High and neither did he.

Anyway, not to come off as a stalker -- but I think I've met you. I used to swim for Cranford in the summer with Mike & Rob Tortorici and Scott Imus. Think we used to duke it out with your relay at Brookside during the younger days.

Glad to hear that you did so well in college. Seems like a lot of the NJ top swimmers fall apart in college.

Not GB The local packing company fast pitch softball team. I did go to my first Packer game in the old stadium 1959. Was just haveing alittle fun. I played semi pro Base Ball for around 15 years. Two Years at a local college here. And 20 years of Fast Pitch Softball. And so much Basket Ball my knees tell me every day I get up. But what I had most fun with till afew years ago. bowling. Going to tourneys on weekends the ABC turney every year. And drinking lots of beer. Now It's Diet Pepsi.

Played lots of hoops in my day. After college played in a rec league in Rochester against good good players. Glen Hagen from St bonventure ( NIT MVP in late 70's), Tim Waterman ( Center at ND0, Fly Williams from Austin Peay fame, Mark Jones ( Had a cup of coffee with the 76ers), Bird Averitt ( ABA player).

Hagen was unbelievable. Fastest thing I ever saw. Found out later that he has a serious coke problem but playing with him it was hard to believe he did not stick in NBA.
