3 consecutive shutout games for Sox now. Bullpen has allowed 1 run in something like 50 innings. Embree Folke Timlin Williamson will now be bolstered with Arroyo because of the arrival of bk KIM who started game 1 today. Derek Lowe will start tonight as the Sox finish homestand and go to Texas after tonight game. Lowe era is skewed considerably from his last start, because of multiple rain outs, and Sox desire to keep Pedro & Schilling on schedule, Lowe took a bullet for the team and got pushed from his scheduled start to 10 days rest last start .
Being a sinker pitcher Lowe prefers to pitch with a tired arm, hence he was all screwed up for last game. He is back on scheduled and should be fine tonight. Boston hasn't been scoring huge amounts of runs, however they have been yielding almost 0. With a rested bp tonight, because Kim & Wakefield work with no problems today I would even consider Boston -1.5. Never a great idea to play home team on rl, for obvious reasons but this staff is giving 0 RUNS. if they score4 should be absolutely no problem covering rl. Moss has been absolutely terrible.
Bullpen has 30 1/3 scoreless St. innings. Timlin Embree Williamson Folke All have 0 era over last 7 days.
Lowe 7-2 2.28 against Tampa Lifetime.

Reese will play tonight and
Kaplar play rf
Ramirez dh
Millar lf

Sox have won 5 St., 9-1 last 10

would play ml, but if chalk scares you would even play rl

Shamrock:

Heavy tstorms predicted this afternoon... Like last week (seattle) the winds had a lot to do with the total going over...

If the severe weather comes in (like a few predict) you may not have a game/ or a complete game..

If we get the winds without the heavy rains, then good luck to whomever is on the mound. Winds in West Texas last night were 60+ mph... Over would be the play...

Right now, I would ask you to be patient. We'll know much more about the weather about 4:30ct...

If your interested, I'll update it later.....gl
