see a few on this and i agree this looks like a good spot for the big dog. as was mentioned zambrano is 0-3 vs the rockies. and he is not getting much run support this yr and only 3 runs his last 3 starts. rockies are 5-1 in estes' starts ty and he has been giving 7.8 runs per game of support and that includes 5 runs per game in his 3 road starts. dont have my exact #'s here but cubs not hitting lefties well and only about .215 or so in their last 10. pen #'s also favor colorado. also like what ie mentioned about zambrano coming off 122 pitches on 4 days rest.

Difficult to go against a pitcher who has 29k to 5bb in 25ip but this looks like a good spot. Perez has been very sharp so far but if is worth mentioning his starts were against CIN(2), NYM, and MIL. That is the #27th, 25th, and 21 ranked offenses respectively. Alvarez gets the start for the dodgers and this is something a few of the dodgers players have been vocal about wanting to see. So I am hopeful these players will be bit more motivated to get some runs for him. Pit also .225 vs lefties and .205 in their last 10 vs lefties. Perez also has slighly worse #s at home in his short career.

Also might play the under but not sure yet. I have two other leans, MON+165 and SD+105. If I add anything it will be around 6:00. gl to all tonite!
