What type of razor do you shave with?

I'm always in search of a better razor and was wondering what kinds you guys find the best. I just tried the mach 3 turbo and thought it was much smoother than the old mach 3. The only downside to it is that i don't feel like it gives a close enough shave, even against the grain. So what do you fellas use and what would you recommend?

Gillette Sensor Excel. I've used it since at least early college if not high school, and have been nothing but pleased with it so I see no reason to change.

I use the Gillette Custom Plus razors that come in a package of 40. They suck as hell. But I solve that problem by shaving twice each morning, first with the grain, then again against the grain.

From 1984 up to two years ago, I used an electric Norelco razor. It went out of commission. I will be in the market for a new electric razor soon.

I've used that mach 3 turbo and the old mach 3 as well as the sensor excell....all with pretty good results. For my closest, smoothest shaves.....I always apply hair conditioner about 10 min or so prior to the shave....then the shaving cream.

I have never tried the Haird consitioner before shaving gel method. I might try that...

My face is very sensitive, and have two distint areas where I tend to get ingrown hairs on my neck...pisses me off? Any ideas, I do not shave against the grain, as that promotes ingrowns, but I still get them!
