"This is breaking news and don't see it online yet but it seem Zacarias Moussaoui had access to Nick Berg email account and both attended Oklahoma university during the same time.
Also, Nick Berg was questioned by the FBI after 9/11 on suspicions of being involved.
He was stopped in Mosul by Iraqi police and was detained because his passport had an Isreali stamp and he was suspicious."

WASHINGTON ? Nicholas Berg, the American businessman executed by Islamic extremists in Iraq, may have had contact with accused Sept. 11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui (search).



FBI agents interviewed Berg a few years ago when they were investigating the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on New York and Washington, sources said. He was interviewed because, unbeknownst to him, Moussaoui had used his e-mail account when he was in Oklahoma.

Sources close to the situation told Fox News that they believed the link to be "coincidental."

On Tuesday, a video surfaced on an Islamic Web site that showed Berg kneeling in front of five men who had their faces covered. After blasting the U.S. government for the prison abuse scandal at Iraq's Abu Ghraib (search) prison, one man takes a long knife and decapitates Berg.

Intelligence officials said Thursday that terror leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi (search) was most likely the man who beheaded Berg.

The disclosure later Thursday that Berg may have had contact with Moussaoui deepened the mystery of the businessman's plight.

Berg attended the University of Oklahoma (search) and Moussaoui first settled in Norman, Okla., when he came to the United States. The accused co-conspirator used at least one of the university's computers to communicate online, according to the sources.

Sources said that the FBI concluded that Berg had innocently given his e-mail account to someone and it had landed in the hands of other people, including Moussaoui.

The federal government has vowed to seek Moussaoui's execution if he's convicted of participating in a terrorism conspiracy, along with the Sept. 11 hijackers. Moussaoui's lawyers are seeking to rule out the death penalty

I am only going off what USA Today reported, the there were some odd coincidences here. Berg was detained for 13 days by U.S. officials without the ability to make a phone call or talk to a lawyer. Then his parents file suit to get him released and he is let go the next day. He communicates with his family via email all four days before the suit is thrown out. That day the email stops and he is never heard from again. I don't know what it all adds up to but it seems possible that there is more to this story.

Seriously, it is my belief that there is a whole lot more to this story than meets the eye.

I dont believe in any conspiracy or anything like that.........but even if you just look at the email link with Moussaoui........what could be the chances of something like that happening?????????

Whats the chances of even giving your email out to someone then of all people this guy (moussaoui) gets it..........in a college town the size of Norman, Ok.........that has to be one of the weirdest coincideses(sp) ever.........maybe there is more to all of this and maybe not

Im not sure our governmrnt even thought Moussaoui was a bad ass at that point the email exchange. But this Berg somehow wondering around a war zone on his own makes little sence.
Someday we wil get all the facts. I do smell a little FBI/CIA. Who knows maybe alittle agent work. No matter what you have to feal sorry for his folks. I know if his dad ever got close to Bush. Well it would not be agood out come.
