YTD 26-10 (+1725)
Rockies comeback made yesterday a winning one. Looking at a couple for right now for tonight:
LOS ANGELES DODGERS (+112) The Dodgers are looking to get things back on track after being swept in LA by the Reds and turn to Wilson Alvarez who is sporting a 2-0 record with a 1.15 ERA and 28 strikeouts and only 4 walks in 31.1 innings pitched this year. I also like the fact the Dodgers have been waiting in Philadelphia, while the Phillies headed for home yesterday afternoon after the disheartening loss at the hands of Colorado.
ROCKIES / REDS under 9.5 (-115) Admittedly, I am not a real Cory Lidle fan, however, just as he did last year in Toronto, he is pitching very well to start the year (I am sure August will be another story....) He is also 2-0 in his career versus the Rockies with a respectable 3.86 ERA. In the other camp, Estes gets another day's rest and he also sports a good record lifetime against the opposition: 5-2 with a 3.34 ERA. With Kearns out of the lineup, and Casey listed as questionable, this takes a couple of big bats out of the equation as well.
I am looking at the Yanks / Halos game as well, and will post a play if I make one later.
Good Luck today,
Sharky
