I'm struggling a bit lately fellas, so proceed with caution:

OAKLAND ATHLETICS (-200) I know, I know.....This is a good way to lose cash fast, but I'm gonna put up the 200 in this case. Mark Mulder has owned the Royals (7-0 lifetime with an ERA under 2.00). On the other hand, Brian Anderson is pitching like, well, Brian Anderson. (1-5 both on the year and lifetime versus the A's). It's also not surprising that this guy shows up on Aubie's "Bad" list for the month of May.

TORONTO BLUE JAYS (-107) This is the old homer play again, but Roy Halladay versus Bronson Arroyo for only 107? I'll bite even though Arroyo has pitched the Jays well.

HOUSTON ASTROS (-155) Read my lips: Todd Van Poppel. ;)

A lot of chalk, but I'll go with it..........

Good Luck today,

Sharky

Hey Cooz.....He definitely got roughed up in the second, but has settled down now. I was at the game Sunday when he pitched, and he threw a lot of pitches that day, and he is over 80 now through 5. I'm not sure how far he can go tonight, which leads to much bigger problems. ;)

WHAT in the F--- is this clown Carlos Tosca doing?????
Halladay threw a lot of pitches last Sunday, so he only went 6 innings today. I don't have a problem with that. Kershner comes in and throws 12 pitches in a three up, three down seventh. Why in hell does he not go out for the 8th? Terrible Terry Adams is now in there for 6th pitcher in the game (and 5 more runs since Kershner left). I have seen enough of this garbage........

What the hell......I'm going to add some more chalk to my lineup for tonight....

SEATTLE MARINERS (-140) Joel Pineiro is 5-0 lifetime with an ERA of 1.95 against the Tigers. Although he is only 1-5 on the year, his last few starts looked much better, and given a bit of run support (which isn't a sure thing by any means), Pineiro should give the Mariners another "W".

ANAHEIM ANGELS (-134) DuBose's starts have been getting progressively worse, and this Angel team really put it to him last start. The injuries worry me a bit, but I'm looking for Washburn to pitch well enough to put up win number 8 tonight.

Shark

Liked Halladay as well yesterday Sharky. Figured maybe the bats could get a lead for him. I new it was all over as Halladay was pulled. The other day I said Terry Adams was a heartattack, well that hole bullpen is a heartattack. Terry light me up berg and Adams are horrible. Get back at the man today.
Best of Luck.
