indy, if they can't win one of the next two in det. OR det if they lose one of the next two at home.

as of right now i see det in six........indy will most likey lose both at home go back to indy and win then come back and lose......right now that is the public play, prob the most obvious

the one i would love to see would be indy takes this one here tonight then in most likely hood would lose game 4 fri go back home win there and then have 2 shots to close det out. HOWEVER winning one of these in det is going to be very hard to do.

PLAYING ATS HOWEVER........det has covered its last four where two games have been su woofs this series has been dog run so far where as the dog has covered both games and one time outright. depending on which senerio you think will happen, my GUESS tonight is take the 4.5 with indy as the dog ats continues......that is a lot of pts to give the number one seed in the east.....most of their loses this yr are low spreads.

i am not saying indy will win in det tongiht, as i think that is pretty tough task, but it is possible i just think the dog continues to cover in the series

i am broke and am going to chi this sat, i bet the pacers last game and lost some of my chi money, so i think i will wait until i get back to wager again.....go pacers

LETS EAT SOME CHI DEEP DISH PIZZA AND DRINK A LOT OF BEER :toast: :drinky:

another pt i would like to bring up

it was several months ago, i belive it was around the all star break when the USA TODAY had a huge section on the pacers. Big photos, interviews, even Larry Bird was in on it.....

i don't remember much but it was that day i believed the pacers could pull out a championship, and here we are today tied 1-1 and are 3rd out of 4 teams odd wise to win it....not too good. The main topic was how this team was solid and comes together in adversity, how they play as a team and have key players in doing so. The quote that still sticks with me today from that article is when o'neal said "we belive we can beat ANYBODY in a seven game series." that "anybody" right now is det and then la.

i don't see much that has changed since that day...they still play solid ball, are not looking ahead, and focus on the task at hand.

i am still a believer until the fat lady sings, but i don't know any fat lady singers and i sure am not going looking for one.

not sure what u mean there vinnie???? did what??? lose to pistons??? yes they did, but they weren't supposed to beat det as both teams were dogged vs det when the series opened???

i am just not sure how to respond to that?

I think this series depends on Artest getting his offensive game back. If Artest continues to struggle offensively, Indiana will lose the series. On the other hand, if Rasheed Wallace gets his offensive game back, then Pistons will win the series. Otherwise I think every game will be 50/50 no matter where the game is played.
