Hi, I am having a hard time deciding on what to get my Mom. I know she loves hearts so I chose to buy her a heart shaped diamond pendant. I have won a lot of money gambling so I want to give back to my Mom and surprise her with this outrageous expensive gift. Plus she quit her nursing job to raise me and then when I got accepted into USC, she went back to work to put me through college. (worked at USC hospital so I got free tuition) SO this is big thank you for that and for everything she done for me. Most of these items are about $500-$650 so the price is not really going to choose one item over the other. I have narrowed it down to these 6 items and it is killing me too choose one. I know my Mom would treasure whatever I get her even if it was just $20 item, but I want to make the best choice. So I would appreciate any opinions that could help me choose one over the other. Or maybe someone knows of a different Heart Shaped Diamond Pendant that I might prefer or a good online jewelry store. So hopefully I get some posters to participate in this thread and help me out. Thanks. :thumb:

Platinum Diamond Heart Pendant (1/2 ct. tw.)
This platinum open heart pendant features 22 brilliant, prong-set diamonds. Total diamond weight, 1/2 carat. $775 (however it is the most expensive of all of them)

As of right now I am leaning towards #6 so that is why I gave the description below it.

#1 is nice , as is #6

I would stay away from the ones that have the chain attached to the heart , because usually the necklace that comes with are cheesey IMO and you won't be able to change the chain.

Consider this also .............:) The heart that you are choosing is very common. Everyone has that pendant...............I got a solid diamond heart with no opening in the middle (platnium) its been around my neck forever I LOVE IT because its different than everyone else's . The heart is smaller, but its still my favorite necklace.

If you have a Macy's near you try them when they are running sales you could also get an omega necklace and heart slide for a reasonable 500 to 700

good luck !!!! Your mom will be sooo happy, with whatever you choose.

Thanks for your replies. I think I narrowed it down to these 2 items. They are very similar but big difference in price. Item 1 looks the best to me but it is more expensive. Here are the 2 pics and descriptions. Maybe someone here knows something about diamonds etc. and explain is #1 is worth the extra money. Thanks again.
