Anyone would struggle to go 7-1 in AFL spread betting and yet my system has done exactly that except that it has picked the losers in 7 of 8 attempts!! Amazing huh?

Perhaps I should start going with the opposite selection....:shrug:

But I know that as soon as I did such a thing.......the system would come good....its Murphy's Law. If I was to go against it this week, I'd be on the Brisbane Lions.
Oh..I wish that I could.

Unfortunately I'm locked in for the long haul to rebuild my bankroll so I'll be on.....

I am however cutting back to 10% of the stash....so laying $693 getting the points start @ $1.90 returning $1316 odd.

At this point just a win on the board would be a victory in itself.

Perhaps they'll get monsoon rains up there and it will be a low scoring affair!!

Been thinking about this game and have come to the thought that taking Brisbane Under 39.5 would give you a better return and a larger points spread if the system actually gets it right.

I've locked and loaded at the spread so it's too late for me but if anyone is crazy enough to still be on board this train ride from hell then that is my suggestion to you.


Port cannot win this game so a cover is all I can hope for.

Pawa, just a thought but does the system take injuries in to consideration or is it based strictly on team trends, past or present? Was thinking about the port play you had last night and the abscence of some key players for port and didn't know whether this had been factored in prior to your system making its selection. Haven't been able to look at this for other selections this year as i've been in the states obviously and not really been able to follow team line-ups, but just thought I would ask. Worth a thought mate.

No bomber, injuries not factored in at all. I have certainly been on the wrong end of player ins and outs this season in selected games. Thems the breaks I guess. Sometimes you end up on the right side of the injury ledger but it just hasn't happened this year. :shrug:
