Best offshore place for horses

Just wondering what the best offshore place is for horses? I've used a couple in the past but never happy with them. Any feedback would be great.

Not offshore but I like America's TAB from Ohio. While they can't compete with Pinnacle's 7% rebate, they do offer really high quality video feeds from all tracks and you can also download PPs and all sorts of info from directly from their site.

Can also deposit/ withdrawl via paypal which I like.
