most reliable transfer source online ?

curious. the last time i had an off shore account was 5 yrs ago. i have used the same local since. he is a very good book , but i would like off shore as well. my crdit card will not allow me to transfer funds overseas. for the forum : who is the best for $$ transfer and who is the worst ? thanks.

Tried them all and Neteller works the best for me and usually no fees either way depending on the book you use
