Got into a discussion with a friend at the neighborhood bar last night and came up with a plan that maybe could work. At least it seemed like a good idea with a belly full of beer.
Of course we need to leverage all the high tech gadgetry possible to kill these rats. Why not imbed chips (under the skin) into our military and any foreign contractors working in Iraq/Saudi Arabia. That way when there is an abduction we can track the whereabouts of the kidnap victim and thusly the bad guys with GPS. Then we send in a group of Special Forces types to annihilate the hideout and "arrest" the abductors.
This may be too Orwellian of a concept, yet if I was working over there I wouldn't hesitate to allow an implant with the thought that it may save my life down the road.
