Giants +108...Team Bonds are 20-8 vs lefties and they pounded Estes last time they faced him this year (7 hits and 5 runs over 5.2 innings). Estes has crashed down to earth after his fast start and his era is almost 7 at Coors. Reuter is no world beater either, and this could be a shootout, but I really like the Giants ability to put up a bunch here. He held his own vs the Rocks on July 7th (6.1 IP, 5 hits, three runs) and I think he can do the same tonight. I'll ride the hot team as a doggy.
Dbacks/Dodgers under 8.5 +105....The Dbacks are so bad vs lefties (6-23) and Webb is starting to become the new Freddie Garcia - great numbers but no run support. Webb's been consistent giving up 3 and change a game, and I like to bank on the fact that the DBacks will have trouble getting much off Ishii. Love this total at a doggy price.
Padres +131....Peavy is very good on the road (2-1 1.88) and San Diego has had much success vs left handers (15-9 this year). Pettite just is not the player he was in NY and I think this nagging injuries are adding up. He's got an era of over 6 at home, and over 5 in his last three starts. Like the price what what I feel is the better pitcher tonight.
