Will a book honor a bet on a mistaken line?

I noticed this morning a reversed line that shouldnt have been posted, and I jumped on it, and now noticed the book fixed the line like it should be. My bet still currently shows pending, but do you think they will honor it or catch it? If so, will they just wait till after the game to void it or do you think they will honor it?

even though it still shows pending?

the line was Anaheim +220 and Seattle +120, so i took both sides for the same amount, and still shows pending.......will they just void it at the end of the game?

ussually they try not to honor it---
my local uses a computer to give lines & take wagers--- & this has happen to me before -- bb game least season ov/un was 146 & should have been 176 so you know what that means i took my max on the over & parlayed it to very game on the board -- both sides!!! he didn't like that much-- he paid the straight bet but wouldn't pay the parlays-- so i screwed his daughter & told him, he still had a balance left!!! LOL had to get a new book after that weekend -- thats ok it was fun!!!!

he was looking for a reason to get rid of me anyways!!

gl hope they pay ya for it!!!!

well, only thing i was trying to avoid is if they were gonna be a-holes, after the game, void one of the bets, then count the one that loses if it loses, so basically id get dicked out of a dime and then just get my other dime back, losing a dime in the process. I figure they will either void both or honor em, I mean, isnt it a machine that grades the wagers anyway? (not some random person reading every wager placed-correct?)

Obviously you have made up your mind already but continue to look for justification for it. Myabe one day the book will try to screw you and I bet it won't feel so good. I am sure you would cry foul for this to happen to you, but not to them. Pick up the phone and explain it to them and maybe they will let it ride anyway. I don't understand what the point is in trying to screw someone over. If they made the mistake point it out what harm is in that. That would be the best decision IMO.

my book makes mistakes all the time, sometimes they catch it and will turn my account off until i call them and they explain it to me and sometimes they just miss it. why sweat it, seems like it is a win win for you.

i remember last football season my book had a prop play for a receiver, it was monday nite football and they had him over/under 62 yards rushing. there was no way this was losing, so i laid a dime on it and it cashed in and i collected.

everyone makes mistakes.
