5ft, pin high......
YTD: -12.95
Yest: +0.10
Fav: 5-3 (+1.26)
Dog: 3-8 (-8.81) :banghead:
Tot: 12-11 (+3.66)
RL: 3-3 (+1.89)
Par: 3-8 (+2.03)

Clearly a trend is developing.....I can't seem to pick dogs, and when I make a bad capping decision, it is VERY BAD

NYM/StL --- Lot of lil' ball being played in StL lately. The usual suspects (Rolen is the runaway MVP if you ask me) are getting it done for the Cards, but they haven't went on a bender for awhile. Enter future Hall of Fame lefty Tom Glavine. Operative word in that shining intro is LEFTY. Coupled w/a shaky track record on the road this year and we have a veritable buffet for the Cards tonite. Morris is getting teed up everywhere these days. He hasn't learned to pitch w/o that 95mph heater he used to sport. Looks low, just like yesterday, but I will bet the bats in St Loo tonite.....Over 9, 2/2.14 :burnout

Pit/SD --- I don't care about the last game he pitched.....RICH VOGELSONG SUCKS, and Jake Peavy doesn't. The Bucs seem to lose their edge in Cali and I don't think the Padres are pleased about their efforts against the Phils. These forces come together for a brutal result if you like the Pirates tonite.......SD RL 2/2.20 :padlock:

Sea/TB --- Franklin is at least respectable at home. However, this is not a home game for him. It is for Dewey, and he has been quite nasty at sun-drenched (oops) Tropicana (4-1, 1.51, Opp BA .196). He hasn't been going big-time starter deep into his games, but this D-Ray bullpen is pretty good. Little bit of revenge here.......TB RL 2/3 :look:

ChC/SF --- God, am I a shameless homer, or what???No real logic here, just a gut feeling to go w/ a streaking team. I just have to try and get a doggie to win, and this would be the best one of all. I know its the same Jason Schmidt that threw a one hitter at Wrigley. I know the Cubs don't score for Clement. I know, I know, I know!!! Cubbies just playing too well to pass on.....The Beloved 2/2.8

Chalk parlay.....NYY/SD/Atl 1/2.28

Have a Great Weekend......Doc :toast:

not that i disagree, but it is RYAN VOGELSONG...bucs just not hitting well enough to warrant a play against a strong pitchers such as peavy, but beware, vogelsong's last long relief outing and last start were very strong.
