good point GM but even the great ones who do, such as Lute last year in Zona, I was shocked to see how he'd lost control of his team--they looked like a glorified pickup game everytime I watched them in Pac-10 tilts ... the kids going straight to pros have little chance to ever gain solid fundamentals, which is what UR saying
