Was at the ESPN Zone this afternoon with my son, and I quickly caught some trivia going across their wire.....and thought I saw the following.....


The last Duke alum to win an NBA Championship ring was Jeff Mullins with Golden St Warriors in 1977!!!


Are you telling me that with all those great Duke teams, none of their superstars were ever part of an NBA championship team in the last 25 years????

Thanks 60 sec......I had forgotten about Ferry. I am guessing I missed the initial part of the trivia and just saw the rest of the fact go across the wire. It probably said, other than Ferry, no Duke alum has claimed an NBA ring since Mullins in 76 or 77 or whenever it was.
