Right now these are just leans. Feedback is always appreciated! I want to setup 3 teasers (2 teams) for Sunday. Need to find the best and weed out the rest.
NE -8 - Early line which surely will go up. NE is great. Arizona is the opposite. They only scored 1 TD against a banged up St Lou Secondary. NE has a bye going into week 3 which means they want to win.
Oakland -3.5 - Oakland did look impressive in their comeback vs Pittsburg. Oakland defense will need some time to get going and I think Buffalo will be a good place to start. Buffalo O line is crappola which hurts their run game. Oakland should take complete charge at home and outscore the Bills.
KC -4.5 - 5 - KC Offense is great. They score often and quick. Defense is nothing great but Carolina on the other side looks like the 1 year wonder. The Blitz killed them Monday plus they lost their speedster Steve Smith at WR. Should be a pretty good game but KC at Arrow Head is hard to not like.
Pittsburg +4.5 - Pitts looked good. Duce is a good addition to their team which looks to run first b4 passing even though it didn't look like that vs Oakland except in the red zone. Baltimore still has bad offense even though they get a lineman on the line back vs Pittsburg. QB is Baltimore's problem IMO. Defense is sharp but still allowed Cleveland to score. I didn't get to watch the game with Balt/Clev game but with 0 TDs for Baltimore, its cant be good when playing an offensive team like Pitt. PLUS you get points with Pitt!! Line will surely go down and adjust to 3 IMO
Greenbay -8 - GB looked good on Monday. Green is still the running machine even though he did have a fumble early. GB O-line is good for the run and average for the past. Favre is Favre and can find anyone even when you think the play is dead. Chicago is a division rival and lost to Detroit on week 1 20-16 breaking Detroit 24 game road winless streak. Chicago has a week QB. Running is ok, Defense is average even though they let Detroit score 20 points. GB/Chicago games can be close and Chicago always bugs me how they do their 4th quarter cover but with a week offense it will be hard to compete in a Home game for GB in Lambo
Washinton -3 - Washington defense still working! Preseason was good. TBay game they were still good. Tbay does not have that many offensive weapons but they were contained all day. Washington with Portis/Burnell combo is nice! I personally am a Burnell fan since i enjoy this experience and patience. They are still growing as a team and playing the Giants will help their offense get their timing adjusted. Giants on the other hand are a bomb ready to explode. Giants defense could not stop Philly at all. Giants offense scored 2 TDs but hardly looked sharp. Giants WRs were dropping balls. Warner had 2 fumbles (1 turnover) and NO INTs which was a surprise. I am an Anti-Warner fan. I think the guy is all washed up now. People know how he works. He doesn't look off defensive plays anymore and people just need to read his eyes and look for the pick! Giants will have issues all season long. They are ranked 4th worst team on my charts
Well, there you have it. No stats but just some insight to what I see. Now I need to pick about 4-6 teams to make 3 teasers with and take it to the bank!!!
