FOOTBALL TEASER QUESTION FOR BOARD

OK, before I :cursin: SNAP.. I need to know if anyone has ever had this experience or know a online bookie which works like this.

On Saturday I had a teaser going with my book. It was a 7pt teaser regarding the Miami/Tennesse Game.

I took Miami + 10 and the under. The Under game threw and Miami lost by 10. NOW, my question is, if you have a 2 team teaser and 1 wins and the other pushes, is the entire bet a push?? My flipin book says its a loser! I snapped, almost lost my marbles. I checked all the different books and they would grade this a play a push.

My question is, do you know a online book which grades this a lost? I dont want to pay him at all. Problem is he owes me $2700 and wants to substract that play from my total. If he does or even not, I wont play with him anymore and will cancel all the action I have this week with him.

Almost every local I ever used graded two team teases that way.
a push counted as a loss. Always a a good idea to ask first. If he is worth his salt he will grade it as a no play being you didn't know.

My local gives me a push If I have a 2 team teaser and one wins and one ties....Thank God he does also because I have already tied twice

For what it's worth, my local is the same way....a win and a push equals a loser.

Depends on WHAT book. Carib a winner and tie is a WINNER!!!

Pinnacle is no action. Varies book by book!

A tie in a standard teaser of three or more teams reduces the teaser to the next lowest number; for example, a four teamer with a tie becomes a three teamer.

Except for Arena Football, a tie in a two-team teaser, regardless of whether the other team wins or loses, is graded "No Action", and all monies are refunded.

Alright 2 people say its a loser, 1 says its a push. I called my other local book just now (don't know why I dont use him) and he grades it a push.. I AM SNAPPING RIGHT NOW. I mean, I like my local guy and he gives me business but flip.. no one online grades it a lost..

AHHHHHH... I think the relationship is about to die! Will wait for some more feedback before I make this descision. Either way, no more teasers with local #1..

And I only get 6 points with a two teamer.........
and at -120 uuughhh.

Three teamers are 9 points and Four teamers are 11. Guess I would like to also know what others get from locals on these?

TJBELL, Thanks! I could not find anyone online which would grade it a lose. I said to myself is someone points out an online book which grades it a lost then I will pay the basta*d, otherwise I am holding his computer hostage

Franky - Local #1 charges me the following for 2 team teaser
6pt -120, 6.5 -130, 7pt is -140
Local #2 charges me
6pt -110 , 6.5pt -120 7pt -130

Definately going to local #2 for my action from this point forward. I feel like I've been scammed

Sure! Carib has grated about 3 teasers this year as a WIN!!!!! (1 win and 1 tie!!!!)

my book and my local all would have graded it a loss. when ever i play a teaser i always try to make sure the line or total is 9 1/2 or 10 1/2 that way you can never push.

both your locals seem to add a little xtra juice as well, there are many books you can get better lines at.

if you are in south florida ask jack for my email address and i can set you up with my local. my local has a legit website and he just collects and pays for the casino. works great so far.

Thanks for everyones responses! Though some things were shocking like Carib making a 2 team teaser a winner after a push and a win I have made my decision.

I met up with my bookie today .. Collected my cash minus the $500 from the Miami bet (surprised he didn't charge me juice on his scam) and told him to go Flip himself. Told him to never call me with his stupid computer problems and told him I would never call him again. I canceled all the action I placed with him this week (even though I lost points on some lines since I had to re-book them) and told him after 4 years of playing with him it is really disappointing that he screwed me like this. He swore up and down it has been like this since day one but honestly I couldn't care to listen. When someone gives you business you need to take care of them. He didn't and for that our relationship is over. :clap:

I called my other local book (don't know why I didn't use him considering he gives me better lines with teasers and is always available) and put in my football in. Hopefully after a week or two I will be able to go to Western union and put some money in a online sportsbooks.
