Anyone see ESPN's piece on sports gambling?

I was very surprised to see that the linemakers they were filming for the mirage and a few other places out in Vegas (sports consultants i think was the line makers) said it only took 40 minutes to set the lines for all NFL games for week 2 :scared

yea i caught a bit of that. preety interesting so far. its a 3 part series and tomarrow they will talk about the point shaving incident at Az st.

I read a great article about that company that sets the lines for most of the outs in Vegas in Sports Illustrated about a year ago, if there's anyway you can get ahold of the article it is a great read.

As for the 40 minutes to set the lines for an NFL week, I am sure they have done a lot more research before that meeting and the 40 minutes is the time it takes for them to agree on a number.
