No...but you can get on yahoo/college football and click on gamechannel(its free) and play by play is on there....right now Temple 10-0 but Toledo is 1st and goal.

no audio (at least on the toledo end....theyre one of those schools that want you to pay 29.99 a year for audio broadcasts... they should get a clue)
