winds will be blowing in tomarrow night from the local weather report. I haven't seen a total yet for the game, but you may want to grab it early if its good. Maddux has been nothing but solid and he knows better than anybody, if the wind is blowing in, he will throw the ball anywhere.

Thanks for the info! I just checked and the Reds/Cubs game is the only game that does not have a posted total for Tuesday at this time. I guess they have learned and they wait for the local weather the morning of the game.

A word of warning on Maddux, however. Cincinnati has beaten him twice this season. One of those was just 10 days ago when they hit him for 6 ER in 6 innings. For the season, Maddux is 1-2 against the Reds in 4 starts and sports a high 6.00 ERA in those games.

Reds pitcher Josh Hancock got a no decision in his only outing against the Cubs a couple of weeks ago. Hancock went 6-2/3 innings allowing just 2 runs.

liked the under, but staying away. i dont know if the reds minor league bullpen is gonna show up again. bullpen was used heavily last night, so i would expect the reds hancock to go as far as he can.

Good decision to stay away from the under!

Hancock did indeed carry the Reds, and keep them from using the bullpen. Hancock got his 5th win of the season by going 8 strong innings in the 8-3 Cincinnati win.

Maddux got hit hard by the Reds again! Cincinnati smacked 3 homers off the Cub starter. Maddux allowed 6 runs in just 5 innings for the Cubbies in a pivotal home game.
