Long time no post, maybe my first Bases of the year, not entirely sure. Anyhow, after reading IE and TJ's information about the CWS and MINN games, I'm liking these:
Garcia (CWS) -124 ** DOUBLE PLAY **
CWS/DET Under 9.5 -125
Mussina (NYY) +101 ** DOUBLE PLAY **
In Detroit, we get the better team with the better pitcher at a small price. Throw in Freddy's terrific day game numbers and the fact he won't be facing IROD, and I'll take my chances. Also playing the UNDER in this one for a smaller play.
Based on Santana pitching limited action, can't see why my money shouldn't be on the YANKS. BOSTON is putting the heat on NY right now, and they need to win these two at home today to lock up the division and homefield.
