Well damn, I must have hit a cold streak. Most of my plays have been losers lately. Been betting faves and underdogs equally and just not hitting at a good percentage. Up on the year, but have lost about 10-15% of my winnings these past 2 weeks. Oh well, made a play today I probably will lose too. Hopefully not though!!! Tough times, might have to take a week or two off. :cursin: :cursin:

I have said it on here many times and a few times this week when people go in a cold streak it goes for 2 weeks, have seen it out here from pros was told about it from the person who got me into this and out of coaching and it is true don't know why but if you play through out the year not just here and there you will hit a 2 week span where nothing goes right, did not really believe in it but after the time i have spent out here being around it everyday it is true, it can be sports, the track, balck jack or other table games it just happens, take a few days off and don't even watch a sport clear the head. some will come on and say what i post is pure bs but i have seen it way to many times from people who do it for a living , like i said not just sports but all gambling. and seems the only way to break it up is to take a small break, people who say play through it go broke and have no clue on what money management is. take off and enjoy a few days away from pc and sports you will feel much more refreshed and have a clear mind, need to have a balance in life and i think when balance is tilted then the streak starts where you can't hit shit. now go enjoy the outdoors or a movie on tv no news sports or vilent movies all involve stress, and that is what you want to clear your mind of. laugh all you want some of you but i know this to be true for many people I know live not just sitting behind a screen.

Keep your head up, Pal....you know how streaky this whole thing can be.. If it's getting in your head--as tough as it is to do--follow your own advice and recharge those batteries.

Either that, or grab a slumpbuster..... :)

The whole baseball season has been one big slump for me. Yes, I am a doggie player. I totally agree with what fletcher says. Noticed that when I don't play, think, etc. for over a week or more that my best weeks seem to come right afterwards. To be honest, at least in my case, I think I need to do that even after a good week or great day. One of these days. Then again, one of these days I might stop drinking a pot of coffee a day. (Yeah right. :scared )

I've had two 0-8 streaks this year but i'm still on the plus side. Didn't take any time off but I did cut back after loss #3 and kept cutting back until it turned around for me.
Hurt's like hell going through it but you will get through it.

Good Luck kneifl-
