if you are the braves what a fool play they just made if you are going to go home on a pass ball first you need to go not go stop then go, 2nd you need to make sure it is out of the dish at least 10 feet on the grass and 3rd you damn sure better score, stupid stupid play and so was the play before you let giles hit you can't ask for a squeeze play with 1 strike against a strike out pitcher then expect batter to have his eyes ready to hit the next pitch takes eyes a few secs to adjust because you changed your whole eye sight plain as a hitter when you bend down like that, just asking for the k after that, happens over605 of the time when batter misses the bunt with 1 strike and then next pitch you go high and batter will chase because eyes and body line of sight were changed and takes time for you to refocus in on the plain of the next pitcher, that is basic college coaching knowelge, better off having him bunt again with the 2 strikes as a safety squeeze

You're right Eric.... It was a bad play on ATL's part, too bad HOUSTON didn't get pumped after that and capitalize. Another bad day for me as I tailed you on STL Under, and lost on both my plays on HOU and OVER. Back to back 0-3 days and I'm finding it hard to sit down about now....

Oh well... the tide will turn soon enough.

P.S. Anyone have moon charts posted on here???

SEEYA in FEB in VEGAS ERIC!

FINALLY I might add.... just sent JACK my email tonite. Looking forward to meeting you all after four years of posting... should be fun!

Nevertheless, Atlanta deserved to win this one. They outhit and outhustled the Astros, limiting them to only 4 hits thru 9 inn. What was disturbing to Houston backers was Garner's decision not to sac bunt the two runners over with a 2 run lead in the 5th. The Houston dugout said it all after Chavez's solo HR to give them a 2-0 lead in the 3rd. Like they were expecting to go up on Atlanta, full of confidence, yet seemingly content on sitting on the lead after that. Foolhearty indeed!
