Wayne:

Are you related to Chanman. Your posts are getting too long to read and you continue with all the links to right wing rags. Come on give me a break. Although I'm screwing off at work I do have to not only read your bs but, also respond. You are not giving me enough time to file more frivoulous lawsuits.

245 million last count yesterday spent by the Bush folks to bury Kerry. And so far it's a draw. All Kerry needed was Bush in the debates. Bush will help the Kerry cause one guy from New Week said about a month a go. He's right so far.

"Once again Wayne, we have a stand off. Do you believe the men that actually served with Kerry or do you believe the men that served AROUND Kerry who did not like what he did and said after the war?

Which guy that served with him should I believe the one that said he saw Kerry dive in the water to rescue Rassmusen or kerry and Rassmusen claim that he pull him up from cargo ropes???

In fact I don't need anyone to tell me--if you been there you can figure it out--does this post back in 2-04 before we ever heard of swiftboats ring any bells. I didn't need for them to tell me but I knew it was inevitable

Chanman Read that when Kerry started his running for office. Have done lots of research since then.
Wait till they unveil what this "HERO" was about. Been waiting for them to drop the load.
Was suspicious intially as I was aware from experience of seeing difference in combat of what enlisted men vs officers have to do to receive citations.

Bottom line on my findings he got 3 purple hearts (auto matic out of Viet Nam) and never spent day in hospital. Quite suspicious?
Received Silver Star for going in hootch after it had been riddlle with over 50 rounds of 50 calibur plus small arms--thats a real threat lol---received bronze star for pulling man from water which could have merited award undrer certain circumstances--will give benefit of doubt

However he is not to be singled out as this was status quo among officers over there--as any grunt will tell you.
----and his association with Jane Fonda and other radicals will turn most vets against him once they unload the goods on him.

I expect to see some that served with him to come forward at later date---makes me want to puke when he salutes in these campaigns--wonder why Jane isn't on stage with him

Thank God we had a few who did sign up to serve. And then we took these young men to fight a war we didn't even try to win. Let alone stay past 1969 when we already new we were just standing still. Two different idiots called Johnson and Nixon let all those boys die. What For? Maybe Bush was smart hiding in the N G after all.
As for Kerrys medals. No one, No one is smart enough to inlist. Then after getting there take swfit boat duty thinking just get wounded three times and go home. No One. It's not even logical.

DTB posted a key word that I have been saying for a long time just did not use the word he used and it is dead on with what i feel about the whole thing right now.

Political Ambition- This is all these guys care about and the house and their camps at this point and time, They could give a rats ass about you or i right now except how we vote. i talked about this when someone ask me about me being a repub. i sadi that is just my party i vote for who will work for me could be a dem or the party i am signed under, but right now no-ones gives 2 cents about anything but a win and they care less about the middle class person and nothing is getting done except window dressing, can't wait ti it is all over and then hope we get back to working together as a country. i said i really dislike hard core bleeding hearts my party only like Ed seemd to be, I also hate hard core conserves, like many people in my party can be, i am more independent and vote that way i said i voted for clinton against papa bush felt he suited my needs better, least i will vote both parties will you ever Ed i know that is a very personal question and if you want to not reply i have all the respect in the world for you, because it is really your business and no-one elses but thought i would act.

the country is at a stand still with this election at it's peak and till it is over no-one is really doing shit but talk, and who cares about some 42 min film i am sure i won't watch it my vote is mailed in already could care less about a movie or f-9/11 . what i do care about is getting this country to move on and start to get back to work on problems and that won't happen till all this is said and done, i have what3 weeks give or take a few days and all you will see is slinging shit more and more each day, the media sucks they want to sale papers and print lies and tell half truths on both sides, if your not high up rich neither party cares that much for you and i think the system needs to be tweaked where a middle class person has a chance to take office, not just the rich backed by big business on both sides.

know one cares about the little man they might say they do but it is lip service and more of it for now, who ever wins we need to back as a country and start to work on fixing things, media outlets are communist IMO almost, they want to under mine everything on both sides and stir up shit to make their sales, have nothing against big business but think the common man gets the shaft all the time, have said it many times i love my country but don't trust the feds all that much either side, states should have more input over feds and nv is a prime example with the feds telling us we are going to take all your nuc waste and store it 55 miles from where i live, not many people care outside nv , but if it was your half home because i also have a house in fl and the state where you laid your head at night you would care, we have fought it here and feds win over state, how would you like to have it say in ohio or store it in new york maybe in ill. the states need more power then they get and that is because least the state has to look out for the middle to lower class people as much as the rich , what ever rich really is? but right now not shit being done in this country except 2 guys trying to win or keep a job, might have a window dressing law or bill pass but it is tied into win or keep a job.

Can't wait till this is over and the feds then get back to real work and hope we can move on as 1 country not 2 countries inside of 1.

Sick of all the bs from both sides and it will get worse for 3 more weeks , then will take 2 months to get anything done or started after that. To many people vote their party and not what is going on in real life, and at the end of the day it will all be about wealth on both sides first and formost all the time, then the common man 2nd, need a real ind runner someday not a kicked out grommed from birth machaine person and staff running our country, will be along time till that happens , hell i think a women might do a better job as our leader if the right one would run and not h.clinton. bottom line get it over with and get back to work feds what ever side wins.

media is the worst and they are part of the big machaine on both sides and always will be, they are posion to a big extent and tell half truths all the time, big business most make their sales. could give 2 shits about a debate , a movie and or a miinie movie i care that these fat rats get back in dc , up on the hill and get some freaking work done, 3 months till that will happen. this is worse each day just get it over with, when it comes down to it do you really have 100% trust in any fed to tell you the whole truth? or to really think they care for the less then those who have more, and those who have more i mean more like wealth not rich, hey if your rich and worked for it great but this is not going to change we are all tokens in most of their eyes on both parties unless we are in with wealth.

Rant over. :cursin: :cursin: with feds  for more state power of states.

I take great exception to your catagorization of me as "ignorant". Slut I can live with. Was wacking the ball into the woods and lakes of Marietta, Georgia for several days.

Wayne:

You chose to believe the neighbors, I believe the guys he was on the boat with. Again, a non-issue you want to revive to detract attention from that absolute ass your guy made out of himself during the debates.

Bush during the debates: The emporer has no clothes.

I agree. We need to get the feds back to the real work of abolishing internet gambling. Be careful what you wish for.

Eric, don't buy the hype. I am a fiscal conservative and have voted for my share of republicans in the past. I am not a democrat.

I believe people should work and applaud Clinton on his transformation of welfare to workfare. Republicans love to paint everyone other than themselves as tax and spend.

It aint true. The world is not black and white as Bush would have you believe. It is not "either your with us or against us." The guy loves to divide rather than unite. He is polarization.

A lot of you on this board like to paint me as a radical, pony tailed, aclu, exhippie, ambulance chasing, sleazy, democratic lawyer. For the record, let me say this, I am not a democrat.

Then we are not much different Ed might be on who we vote for but what we stand for is the same more or less or lets say what we want to or expect should be done, i agree nothing is balck and white, hell even in coaching it is not black and white if you don't have and use gray you never move on, as long as grey is used right.

wonder how many people are middle and would choose indepent if we were not left out on state and local votes? and had a person that had his or her fair share to win, not some person of wealth a common person with brains of course, i do think that for one is a major requirement, but some-one who really did put people and country first not what the money told them was to go first.

had you pegged wrong did not think you were the poney tail hippie, nor do i think your a ambulance chasier and hey if you were and looked out for those who were really wronged by a injury nothing wrong with that, i am in a major suit right now over the loss of 38% of use of left leg for life, i don't have a pi attorney choose to go with a big name attorney out here who is proven to win and is very well respect because i knew this would take along time and when your dealing with something i have to live with for life i wanted the best not a fast cut you check case. hell just been filed right at the 2 year mark and could go on for 2 more years but i have someone who yes is going to make good money off of it but also get me what i have comming, due to a dui on duty cop, all i can really say, yes it was a wreck hit head on by one of ohio's finest on duty and in state car. so have nothing against attorneys, and not looking to get anything i don't have comming because no-one can give me back 38% of the use of my left leg and at 40 when it happened was in good shape and did a lot now hard to do lot of what i use to do and shape is not what is was, not because i am lazy but because of rsd pain and loss of function and pain which you learn to live with , need some help at times through injections and pain killers but try not to use them every day been there done that about 1 year ago for 3 months not good for a person like me a person in recrovery. glad you responded and glad i can look at you as a person not a machaine.

Seems to me that people today are motivated to vote for one guy or the other based upon issues that each person believes are the most important. Those issues that seem to be in the forefront are:

1) war,
2) terrorism,
3) economy and jobs,
4) marriage,
5) abortion,
6) taxes,
7) stem cell research,
8) Constitutional issues (personal freedom, jury trial, so called tort reform)

I know I'm missing some but those are the ones that come to mind. My sister (Edwina) is very Catholic and to her, its a one issue choice. She is voting for Bush because of his abortion position.

Some people are voting for Kerry on the war issue. Not necessarily because Kerry is anti-war, but I think many think he is less pro-war than Bush.

To me, I the Constitutional issues, economy, and war issues are important. To others it may be marriage etc. In my view, Kerry has the better answer on most of the foregoing but not all.

Good luck in your litigation. I hope you are happy with your attorney. Is it pending here in Ohio? Nevada? Let me know. If Ohio and you want to run it by me sometime will gladly offer my 2 cents.

Remember though, thats all it will be worth. Get my email from Jack.

Eddie, you said that well. Being a soon to be deacon in the church and a business owner, I see many sides and life is gray pretty much everywhere. Give me a good democrat to vote for president, I have no problem. As you say, everyone has their own issues and should vote accordingly. I would like to see Charles Schumer run in 2008, he has done a very good job for NY in the senate. Just don't like Kerry at all!

Hilary ain't good, the only thing she loves is herself. Being president would be just a power grab for her, she doesn't care about anyone or anything! I'd vote for Kerry over her. :scared She is evil walking among us.

Congratulations, your Deaconess. Should I call you your Holiness? Seriously, congratulations.

I'm not in love with John either but, I think, if elected, he may surprise. I think he's really a bright guy.
