wvu-3.5 first half small play. WVU and Uconn will be a tight game I say going into the half then wvu will make some adjustments on pass deff for the quick pass and win the game and cover, will be looking at the 2nd half for a bigger play I hope.
Uconn is not a bad team for the short time they have been in d1, but still have some growing to go through, they will have good days and when they are on they are on, but if passing game starts out slow they seem to struggle in the 1st half, most passes go high and WVU is good at getting the to's. you will see to backs tonight in for harris , J Colson has speed and some power and then you should see 5'6 200 pounds B.Wright yes i said 5'6 and he can flat out fly and is one of the strongest players pound for pound on wvu team, unreal strength and he just needs a step and good bye, and with his strength he can run between the tackels, colson is able to carry the ball 30 times a game.
Read some post that said wvu had no team speed hell they are one of the fastest teams over all in d1 player for player. They are fast and strong up front and linebackers and db's fly to the ball on deff.

Have to agree with you here! Plus I don't think a team of this caliber will drop two straight, especially after all the mental lapses in VaTech game. I mean hell 0-13 in third downs, that is mental, I see them going out proving to the country that was a flaw.
I can't figure out why everyone likes the over?? Isn't this gonna be a running game, making the clock move faster and having a trend of going under? Yeah the O/U line at my book was at 52.5 at one time, but I can't figure out why people like it? Help me out.
gl fletcher. i think youre overrating your wvu boys. i think theyre still a year or two away from being really good. for a bcs team, they sure were lame against maryland and tech. we'll see how this one turns out. theyll win the big east by default since its depleted this year but vtech made them look average, and thats scary. if wvu is bcs material, they will have used the extra four days to their advantage and make a statement tonight. dont see it though.
They are not a top 10 team (yet) but they will be Rich is a very good young coach and he gets the players, need to get a qb who can pass better and run marshall is got better but still has games that he is off his mark passing the ball long and you have to have the deep ball with this off.
also, if you interpreted my post in another thread to mean that wvu has no team speed, then you erred. my point was that as of right now - wvu is not going to be confused with miami or florida state in terms of class or speed. and i fully stand behind that. but i think you found me to be "slighting" wvu and saying they dont have speed or whatever, and that is not the case at all. no slight intended to this squad. i have great respect for what rodriguez is doing down there, but still think theyve got a few more steps to take before theyre going to be in that 'elite' class. gl tonight my man
no this was somewhere else not on here, i would match them with miami but not fsu on deff speed.
It will take a few more years to get where they don't make mistakes or a bad half, just like first time they had the ball uconn is going to stack 8 in the box, 2 balls that should of been caught were dropped and right on the money and the 2 who dropped them are good wideouts, but good top teams make those plays.
i have seen many of football games in my life coming from a fb coaching family, never have i seen such a tight 8 man box on deff, then uconn is running , wvu will have to pass to open run and if that does not work watch wvu go to the wide spreads on their off linemen, now way to run against uconn like that, will need to adjust or get wide.
2nd half wvu-3 very very big und 25.5 med size play.
wvu has only gave up 1 off td last 15 qts and that was against maryland on a 49 yard 3 and 18 pass in the 3rd qt, thought there would be more scores in the first but don't see ov 25.5 olympic

i jumped to early on it but still don't see it hitting 25.5, uconn has a good deff and wvu has held maryland,va.tech uconn for the half and this really does not count much to me jmu to 1 off td last 15 qts. JMU was a fill in game when miami paid to get out of game in morgentown so they could play houston at home and wvu was forced to get jmu only team that would play them on that date in morgentown with out a return trip.

well i got out of my total just did not think it would go over at 16 at the half but it worked out good and was just how I thought said it would be tight first half, then would play wvu 2nd half and did for a chunk and said wvu would cover game and had them and they did, could of gone 4-0 but was not going to chance it so i go 4-1, felt good about the sides thought more points would be scored 1st half and if there was 21 or more would of held on to my total, yes cost me some juice at the worst and i can live with that on the total play, needed 33 points 2nd half and just did not think i would get it.
I might have a few more plays to post, and will post all tips i get in.
also will post halftime plays i make.

Fletch, congrats on the over! Just curious why u are on miami tomorrow. Louisville jumped out at me as did the w. virg game.
