Friday Night TEASER

This game is looking too easy, which always makes me nervous when it's the only game on the board!

BUT, I can't pass on this one.... I only see it ending one way, and the HORNED FROGS will not be happy when it ends.

My 6.5 pt teaser is:

UAB -1/2 and OVER 54 ** DOUBLE PLAY **

UAB OVER 60 ** DOUBLE PLAY **

I can't see TCU stopping the attack of UAB in this one. Granted, UAB won't do alot of stopping of TCU, but they'll do just enough to win, and that's all I need. I think the OVER is a cinch as long as the weather is alright, and from what I can tell, it should be fine. Should be a nice cool evening, looks like clear skies and very little wind is forecasted. Going OVER 60 is scary at times, but I wouldn't be shocked if this one didn't come close to triple digits! :scared

I played the same teaser and added louisville & over from last night, but the more I looked at it I think TCU might can pull the W in this one. So I took the same teaser with TCU + 13. Will probably eat it on one of them but should still be 2 units ahead with pay 3-1. It's all about the payout.
The only justification I can still have for still liking this bet is the talk around town is pretty good in UAB's favor. But you are right about the over IMO.
Might go to the game tonight but it's supposed to be in the low 40's, a lil too cold since we had 80's last week.
GL & I hope we win.

40 Degrees is great FB weather. Would love to have that chance. Instead, I have to fight hours of traffic and pay outlandish prices to see the local teams here, USC / UCLA. If anything, I may make it down to San Diego State sometime... but sitting in the sun with sunblock on my shaved head is just not the same as a good old fashioned FRIDAY nite game with the spiked coffee or hot chocalate to keep one warm..... Never hurts to have some company to share a nice blanket either though....

Just added these....

I think TCU hangs with UAB in FH due to extra week of preparation and rest. THEN UAB takes over and wins this one going away late....

TCU should have a few tricks up there sleeve to get some early scores.

Thanks.... got a little nervous at the end there! :scared The OVER should have been a lock with 49 in the FH, but it got a little hairy for awhile. Thank God TCU didn't quit playing offense....

Anyway, thanks for the props, always nice to start the weekend off right!!
