ANYWHERE ON THE NET TO FIND OUT THE ODDS OF THAT HAPPENING. I KNOW THEY CAN DO IT ON THE POKER CHANNEL.

not sure how the hand went down. if he has is holding JJ in his hand and a J is on board then he has about a 20 percent chance of winning the hand.

it sounds like he has a J and a 4 in his hand in which case he only has 4 about a 9 percent chance of winning.

if he has JJ in his hand and just a 4 on board with no J, then he has about a 6 percent chance of winning.

like i said didnt see the hand but those are his odds.

you better study up for next time. you shouldn't need a book or have to look on the net to calcuate odds.

LIKE I SAID I HAD A STRAIGHT BEFORE THE RIVER AND CHECKED IT. THERE WAS A JACK A 4 AND 6. HE WENT ALL IN. I OF COURSE CALLED. HE HAD POCKET JACK AND 4. I WANT TO KNOW THE ODDS BEFORE THE RIVER WHAT HIS CHANCES WERE. NOT HIS ODDS ON GETTING A FULL HOUSE PRE FLOP.

ilw, you should have went all in when the strait hit you on 4th street. I would love to play poker with you guy's but I am at partypoker and don't want to open another poker site. A strait early, is almost like pocket A's.You better hammer it, or someone will hit the flush or boat.

He has a 22.7% chance of hitting his full house on the river assuming we dont know what was mucked preflop. He has more than 4 outs if he hit is set on the flop, he actually has 11 outs (2jacks, 3 fours, 3 sixes, and 3 eights.) This is assuming you were playing 5-7 and your straight was 8 high. Sorry just reread that again, i thought you had wrote he had pocket jacks and the board paired on the river. Dodger blue is right with 9%
