Skins +1 ( 6 of the Packs key players are hurt.
Favre
Green
Rivera
Harris
Sharper
Kampman

Most if not all will play but they are not practicing. Not good when facing a top D coming off the bye week.
Favre will continue his consecutive start streak. But we all know he sometimes plays when he shouldnt. Reports say his hand is sprained. Its swollen and black and blue. Its so tender he cant take a snap. Skins have the #1 D and will blitz the hell out of him.

PS. Packers D sucks
Skins should win the turnover battle and get the home win.

Ravens +8 (Still not convinced that Philly can stop the run. If balt can get the run game going, their D should be able to keep this close..)

Cards +4 (two teams going in opposite directions. Cards D will keep them in this one)

Vikes under 48.5 (Vikes are looking to be more balanced with the run attack.Look for both teams to try and control the clock. Two Decent Ds should also help keep this under.

Bungals +3.5 McNair is hurt again. Even if he does play he hasnt done much this year. Titans season is done. The bungals however are starting to play with a bit of confidence. Hoping the big Denver win will inspire them a bit.. give me the points

Dallas - ov 41 Cowboys have given up an average of 30pts over the last 3 games.
Lions average 24 pts on the road.. nuff said

KC under 57.5 (Think both teams will try to slow this game down a bit. KC D was 27th last year. This year 9th.

KC +1 Just dont think this is a good spot for the colts to come into ArrowHead Stadium. Especially with a Defense Ranked dead last.

Texans -1 Good size play for me.(Not a good spot for the jags. 2nd week on the road with a huge win in Indy. A well rested Houston Team should win at home

Falcons Vs Broncs? (Wouldnt touch this one with Eddies D*ck)

Panth Vs Seahags? (no play yet)

Pitt+3 ( I think its time for NE to drop one. Pitt should get the win at home)

SF +3 (Buy it)
San Fran is showing signs of life. And on paper, they out rank the Bears on Defense, Passing and total O. Ill take the points

Favre, Harris, Green, and Rivera all practiced and Favre took the snaps from center which they were worried about. Sherman said in the Milwaukee Journal that Favre did not throw an incompletion during practice, but of course that was versus the Packer Defense. Only Sharper is out. As far as Green goes this is the same situation he has been in all year as this is something he will have to play with the whole year. Meanwhile for the Redskins Sean Taylor the 5th pick in the draft will not play due to a DUI. This means that the Redskins will be without their two starting safeties. Also Tight End Fred Baxter who was signed to replace Walter Rasby who was cut after a poor blocking performance injured his hamstring and was given an injury settlement. Harrington is also out for Washington as they have had many injuries to the defense.

Just thought I would update on the injury front good luck to the best NFL capper in the forum

I'm on the Texans pick with you. They have played well lately 3-1 ATS (although they were all dog spots). Jax might be out of silver bullets this week with Leftwich not going @ 100% and Freddy Taylor (almost 45% of the offensive touches) starting his annual injury issues.

Thanks for the updates. Still going to take my chances on the skins.. think they have a good chance at home with their D against a banged up Packers O with turnover problems..

But like i said... im turning out to be a good fade this year.. i feel im in danger of posting my first losing season in 3 years here at Jacks..

but i just feel like im barely hanging on..

i dont know.. i just cant seem to get a firm grip on games this year.. Dont know if its b/c i have a new job and i dont have near the time? or what..
I just dont feel as confident as i have in the past..

im not used to grinding it out like this.. im usually way ahead by now..

nothing to do but keep plugging away i guess..

working on a few more so ill be back

Monday night

Phins +7 (public seems to be all over the Jets. Ill wait to see if i can grab it at 7.5)

Jets seem to have trouble putting points on the board Vs good Ds. Only averaging 15pts a game over the last 4.

Looking for Miami D to keep them in this one. Jets win, but hoping for a back door cover against the overrated jets.
