Not sure, exactly. I think that they will contend that the machines were not actually preloaded and that they are throwing out legit votes in heavily democratic Philadelphia.
Yep, that's what it is. Republicans also filing lawsuit probably.
Philly DA insoected one of the machines and said there were no votes preloaded. She said the poll watcher was looking at the 'lifetime' vote counter and not this specific elections vote counter.
I guess there are two odometer type things on the machines.

Hey shoe fits both feet , out here in 12 poll places republican watch dogs were not allowed to check machines before these 12 places opened which the dems need bad, the watch dogs wanted to make sure the machaines were at 0 and they were denied access and people got very pissed off the county reg was called in and confirmed that the poll sites would not let the republican watchers in, they were not allowed to check the machines first in parts of the city where the dems have hit it hard in the upscale parts of Henderson and vegas and votes got cast, way to go bleeders so don't cry foul over 4 machines when you had whole polling places giving the republicans the run around. so how about that pirate fan, I think 12 places is more then 4 machines.

doesnt matter! both sides can squeal.. i believe the mindfawking wont matter due to bush winning this 1 in a landslide,, :clap: ok, carry on boys, but not kerry..

Yes bush people call .The Kerry people have been more the pounding on my door , phone has been off for 2 days now all but cell phone have 8 calls on the machine now getting ready to delete them none from a number with a name on it so i know what they are will hit delete all calls and not listen to any of them.
