Minn can win even without moss. They will pound the ball down the colts throught keeping their offense off the field. This is NFL anything can happen!

Of course there is a chance. In this league any team can beat any other at any time.

I haven't seen much of the Vikes last two games, but they didn't have Moss for most of the New Orleans game and they carved up that defence regardless, with heavy doses of Burleson and Robinson. Colts D is not all that much better than the Saints IMO, so I don't see any reason they couldn't do the same here.

My numbers have Indy winning 38-27, Really think Minny will be looking ahead to Green Bay. If they win that game the outcome of this loses alot of meaning. Indy needs this win alot more and I know that does not always mean a win but I think in this case it does.

1) I Have Indy winning 38-27(just in a mormal game)

2) No Moss

3) Minny with big game this coming weekend

4) Indy hasnt lost back to back home games since 2001

5) Indy seems to be the team with the most motivation for this game

small play on Indy, would be a bigger if it wasnt Monday night football. Also wouldnt play anything over -7

4 things.....

Moss only plays actually 25% of the time. Grant it, he's got the "jump ball" thing down.

Indy doesn't play D at all but heard Minny also has some injury stuff going on in the running back dept as well.

Generally, all the time, but esp on MNF, the spread doesn't come into play. Pick the SU winner.

Tice is coming dangerously close to stealing Martz's duntz cap for biggest dope of the league. Have seen 3 or 4 Minny games and they are extremely poorly coached. Tonight they will need some brains to win this one.

I doubt I'll have much if anything riding on this one. Try to pass on games involving injuries.

Like Chisler said..if Minny can play ball control and keep away, they can stay within 7.

But that coach Mike Tice is brainless and i am convinced that the inmates run his team. As soon as he figures out he is the coach maybe he'll start to win. Guy was a complete jerk against the Giants. Calling 2 early challeneges that he had no way of overturning--thus losing his challenges later on and time outs.
His players too..I think it was Mewelde Moore last week, how do you stand around and do nothing after muffing a clear latteral which his dummy coach challenged.?

I am tempted to use Minny in a teaser but just can't pull the trigger when i know the coach may do something stupid again.
Once stupidity is evident as in Coach Tices' case it usually compounds.

I think Bennet's best games are behind him, but Smith may do well here back from the layoff.

from the Sports Network writeup...

Add No. 1 running back Mewelde Moore's name to the injury list, as Moore (376 yards on the season) has been hobbled by a sprained left ankle sustained against the Giants. The team has several backfield options if Moore is unable to go, most notably former starters Onterrio Smith (198 yards) and Michael Bennett (20 yards, 1 TD). Smith will return from a four-game NFL suspension this week, while Bennett is attempting to get his feet underneath him after missing the season's first five games due to injury. The Vikings currently rank 11th in NFL rushing offense (123.1 yards per game).

vikes will have a lot of success running the football. if onterrio smith has remained in game shape, he should have a big game both running and catching it. vikes will have a very tough time with indy's play action game. the receiver who scares me the most is stokely running down the seam. i look for minny to sit back and make peyton nickle and dime it down the field, which he will probably do. they just cannot blitz him b/c he will murder them. i think vikes cause 3 turnovers and run the ball very well. vikings 30 colts 27 :scared
